Carol moved from Northern Michigan to Atlanta, Georgia, in 1986 after completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She soon realized her love of women's health and completed her Masters of Nursing/Nurse-Midwifery degree from Emory University in 1995.
As a certified nurse and midwife, Carol focuses on helping women and their families understand the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy. Together, she and her patients decide on the best plan of care for their health and childbearing goals.
In her spare time, Carol loves spending time with her two adult sons, her daughter-in-law, her husband, and her large extended family. She is a great baker who enjoys trying new recipes and is also an avid crocheter during the winter months.
