She then completed a rigorous residency at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Now, she is excited to return to her roots and serve the Forsyth community with the same excellence and care she's known for.
When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Nezafat enjoys quality time with her family, exploring new travel destinations, and indulging her love for cooking and trying diverse cuisines. She looks forward to continuing to empower and support women.
